- Agree on a time and purchase your session. Remote assistance is $80 for 60 minutes.
- Configure and test together. Have your rig connected and your software ready. We will prioritize the most useful changes within the booked time.
- Leave with clear next steps. We will recap what changed and any remaining work. Additional time is discussed before it is booked.

What does the $80 price include?
One 60-minute remote session focused on your agreed priorities. It does not include hardware, software licenses, or paid plugins.
Will everything be finished in one hour?
Some requests need more time, especially when several devices or software packages are involved. We will prioritize your main goal and discuss any additional work. A session does not guarantee that every technical problem can be resolved.
What do I need for remote assistance?
A working internet connection, voice communication, access to your sim-racing PC, and your connected equipment. Have the required software and licenses available. The remote connection method is agreed before the session, and you remain present during the work.
Can you work with my hardware and simulator?
Send your wheelbase, wheel, pedals, other devices, simulator titles, and software versions before purchasing. We will confirm the scope for your specific combination. The images show examples, not a promise of universal compatibility.
