Need to extend or mod your sim racing or flight rig? These pre-threaded 4040 (40×40mm) aluminum profiles drop straight into any standard T-slot or 8020-style 40-series frame — no cutting, no tapping required.

Available lengths: 100mm / 150mm / 200mm / 250mm / 300mm / 500mm

6061 aluminum, natural anodized finish.

40×40mm (4040) — compatible with all aluminum profile rig frames (Simlab, TrakRacer, GTOmega, 6Sigma, Rigmetal, Advanced Sim Racing and more).

Common uses include extending cockpit rails, repositioning monitors or pedals, adding shifter and button box mounts, and building out flight sim setups.
