You bought a serious sim rig. We'll make sure you can drive it on day one.
A SimSportGadget technician comes to your door, builds the rig, tunes the hardware, sets up your sims, and walks you through every detail. The 30+ hours of assembly, wiring, and software work — handled.

Two service paths, same standard of work. Built around what residential and commercial customers actually need.
Residential White-Glove
Built for buyers of $5K–$30K+ turn-key rigs who want to race, not assemble. Stepping up from a wheel-and-desk setup, replacing an aging rig, or buying your first real simulator and don't want to spend a month watching YouTube tutorials.
- Delivery, unboxing, and full assembly of your aluminum profile rig, seat, mounts, monitors, and motion platform
- Cable management done right the first time
- Hardware calibration: wheelbase FFB tuning, pedal load-cell calibration, motion bedding-in, monitor positioning to your eye line and FOV
- PC and software setup: Windows tuning, drivers, sim title installs, telemetry apps, base profiles for your wheelbase
- 1-on-1 driver session before we leave
- Take-away of all packaging and protective material
Commercial Multi-Rig
Built for esports lounges, simulator centers, racing academies, dealerships, corporate event spaces, and any commercial install with more than one rig. Multi-station deployments handled end-to-end.
- Pre-install site survey (power, network, floor space, sightlines)
- Coordinated multi-rig delivery and assembly on your schedule
- Identical hardware and software configuration across every station — rig 8 plays exactly like rig 1
- Network and PC imaging for fast updates and recovery
- Staff training: daily operations, customer onboarding, basic troubleshooting
- Optional follow-up service visits and remote support contract

Common questions
The things people ask before they book.
I already have my rig sitting in boxes. Can you still help?
Yes. Most of our home installs are exactly that — you bought the hardware piece by piece and don't want to assemble it. Send us a parts list with the request and we'll quote.
Do I have to buy my hardware from SimSportGadget?
No. We install whatever you own. If you'd like us to source and pre-configure parts before arrival, that's an add-on service we'll quote with the install.
What about software like iRacing, ACC, or telemetry apps?
Included. We install your sim titles, apply sensible base graphics and FOV settings for your monitor or triple setup, build your wheelbase FFB profile, and set up the telemetry tools you want to use.
Can you set up motion systems?
Yes — including the major motion platforms and bass shaker / haptic systems on the market. Motion calibration is part of the hardware tuning step.
How long does a typical install take?
A single home rig is usually one full day, including the driver walkthrough. Triple-monitor or motion builds may run into a second day. Commercial multi-rig installs are scoped per project.
Ready to skip the build?
Tell us about your rig and where it's going. We'll come back with scope, timing, and a flat quote within two business days.
