From equipment planning to your first session
Plan the equipment
Tell us what you want to race or fly and how much space you have. We help select the equipment, check compatibility and mounting requirements, and agree on the hardware and services in your quote.
We assemble the rig
Warehouse assembly covers the cockpit and agreed equipment, including the seat, controls, pedals and displays. We organize the cables, check connections and test the assembled system before handover or shipping.
Set up and test
Setup can include drivers, software and games you own or license, control calibration, button assignments and force-feedback settings. We also configure supported dashboards, audio and game integration, including SimHub and Stream Deck where applicable, and test the agreed setup.
Delivery and handover
We can arrange crated shipping and optional on-site installation, fitting and training. We walk you through the controls and everyday use. Remote support is included with every turnkey build; delivery and installation arrangements are confirmed in your quote.

These photos show example configurations. Your quote lists the equipment and services included in your build.

Choose the equipment that fits your setup
We can help select and source the cockpit, seat, PC, displays, racing or flight controls, pedals and accessory mounts. You can purchase recommended hardware yourself or ask us to arrange it. Hardware is quoted separately from assembly and setup services.
We can include a new PC or work with your existing one after checking it against your simulator and display requirements. For combined racing and flight rigs, we plan the mounts and how you switch between controls. Dashboards, shifters, handbrakes, motion and tactile feedback can also be reviewed for compatibility.
Build questions
What does the quote include?
Your quote lists the agreed hardware and service work, with equipment costs separate from assembly and setup. It also confirms any crated shipping, on-site installation, technician travel and training, along with the scope of the remote support included with every turnkey build.
Can you use equipment I already own?
Yes. Send the make and model of your cockpit, PC, racing or flight controls, pedals, displays and other devices, along with photos. We review compatibility and identify any missing mounting parts or hardware before recommending additions.
What happens during on-site installation?
When included in your quote, we set up the rig at your location and adjust the seat, wheel, pedals, flight controls and monitors to fit your body and preferred position. We check calibration and supported game integration, walk you through using the system, and provide hands-on training. Visit length and any follow-up adjustments are agreed in advance.
How much does a build cost?
We quote each project based on the equipment, assembly, configuration and delivery or installation work required. Contact us with your plans and location so we can work through the details with you.
How long will the build take?
Timing depends on parts availability, the work required and any delivery or installation arrangements. We confirm the schedule after reviewing your project and when the equipment will be available.
Is help available after the build?
Remote support is included with every turnkey build for questions, settings and supported software or device configuration. Your quote confirms the support scope. Our Remote Support service is also available for existing rigs; contact us first to confirm compatibility and the work needed.
Tell us what you want to build
Tell us whether you want a complete new simulator, help with equipment you own or an upgrade. Include your city or ZIP code, available space and what you want to race or fly. If you have equipment already, send the models and photos too.
