SimSportGadget Black Friday Sale – Terms of Service

Effective Dates: November 10, 2025, at 2:00 PM EST – November 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern participation in the SimSportGadget Black Friday Sale (“Promotion”). By placing an order during the Promotion period, customers agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Excluded Products

The following products are not eligible for any Black Friday discounts, promotions, or coupon codes:

- Custom or made-to-order products

- Gift cards

- Certain electronics, including dashboards, Stream Decks, displays, and related components

- Product bundles.

- Sim racing rig components, including chassis, motion systems, monitors, stands, and other hardware accessories

Only items explicitly marked as part of the Black Friday Sale on SimSportGadget.com are eligible for discounted pricing.

2. Promotion Period

The Black Friday Sale is valid from November 10, 2025, at 2:00 PM EST through November 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST. Discounts apply only to qualifying purchases made within this period.

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to all retail customers purchasing directly from SimSportGadget.com during the sale period. Wholesale accounts and resellers are excluded unless approved in writing by SimSportGadget.

4. Pricing and Adjustments

All sale prices are final during the Promotion.

No price adjustments will be made for purchases before or after the sale period.

Discount codes, coupons, or other promotions cannot be combined with Black Friday pricing unless otherwise stated.

SimSportGadget reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a pricing error, system malfunction, or incorrect product listing on the website.

5. Returns and Exchanges

All discounted purchases made during the Black Friday Sale are final sale, except in cases where items arrive damaged or defective.

Returns or exchanges for reasons unrelated to product quality will not be accepted.

Standard warranty terms still apply where applicable.

6. Order Processing

Due to increased order volume during the sale, please allow additional time for processing and shipping. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

7. Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified during the Black Friday Sale period.

8. Fraud and Abuse

SimSportGadget reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order that appears fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

SimSportGadget is not responsible for typographical errors, technical issues, or delays beyond its control. Participation in the Promotion is at the customer’s own risk.
